They do a very simple Screen Phone call from Instacart Representative. It is informative and they ask you if you are interested in doing both shopping and delivery. The asked very simple background simple questions and then you are asked to come in for an orientation session and then they walk you through a group sample shopping experience (1-2 Hours) with other prospective candidates.
