Once your application is reviewed and you are accepted, a phone number will be provided to you and you have a phone interview that is more like a recording with automated questions. Once you are chosen, you are then selected for the final round which is orientation. Lastly, you are taken to a store where you are given a mock order and if you are able to perform to their standard, you are hired!

Easy interview process including test shopping at a location. It was some time ago when I applied but I remember it being easy. It may have changed in the last couple years.
