There was a phone interview that went well, followed by 2 Skype interviews with two guys in the California offer. During the Skype interview, there was an assessment given to test your skills on replying to email, complaints, etc. was moved on to the next step, an in person interview. Here’s the problem..the guy who interviewed me stated that he and his wife had an argument and that he was having a bad day. I tried my best to swing the conversation and he was not budging. After sometime of his dryness and stand offishness I could tell that the interview went south. I had to follow up with the recruiter to check the status which of course they declined to give me the offer. The in person interview was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
