Recruiter reached out to me regarding if I was interested in the position. I interviewed with recruiter first that asked me basic questions. Afterwards I interviewed with Manager for the position and that person was really relax (too relaxed) and didn't really seem interested in what they do in general. I interviewed with the Director that was more engaged which got me excited about the company. I took a Zendesk assessment that was timed and somewhat difficult. Afterwards I diddnt hear back from the recruiter for 2 weeks until I had to reach out to him (if this is the case than the recruiter is lazy and not doing their job. They suppose to let you know about the process from beginning to end.) At the moment the company is in a pay battle with its workers. This might be somewhat of a red flag for people looking to make a move here.
