Terrible process. I had a phone interview with a recruiter. They have terrible base salaries, so I said no. A few days later I was called and sent an email about them increasing the base salary for the position and if I was still interested. I was sent an “assignment” that I had to complete in 48 hours. They never emailed me back 1 week and half after, so I sent a message only to receive a response that they had already filled the position. I received no feedback on the work I submitted and that is just poor interview etiquette. Will never apply here again. They have no concern for your time or empathy in the job searching process... move on I wish I did.
