Applied on the portal and received a call after a month. This role was for their operations team, which is based out of Atlanta. The HR told me that this is a relatively new team and most of the data science team sits in California. First round was with the HR with some behavioral questions, role and interview process discussion. The second round was a take home exam. Very vague task. They gave a dataset and asked me to find out whatever I can find out. I somehow came up with a storyline and also pointed out some data discrepancies with my hypothesis for the reasons behind them. After submitting the take home exam, they informed me that they had moved ahead with some other candidate. The process was disappointing and not at all organized. The next and final round was supposed to be with a panel of 5-6 members asking questions about the take home test and may be some technical questions.
