I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Instacart (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2021
Interview
1) Recruiter Call (30 min)
2)Hiring Manager (1 hour)
3) Challenge (1 week)
4)Panel Interview (2 hours)
You are set for failure from the beginning. Recruiter and hiring manager will not help describe the nature of the panel interview so a good chunk is wasted explaining your challenge. Also your meetings with each of the teammates were planned wrong as you're supposed to present first then meet with each of the team members. Mine forced me to meet with one of the directors before even being able to present my challenge. Finally you WILL get the run around answer of "your experience and skill is amazing but it could not align with our needs" (aka they found someone cheaper without even opening up negotiations). They say you can ask for feedback but they'll ghost you. Don't waste your time, I was one of the fastest to finish the challenge and it still took 1 month. Not even the respect to call and will toss you aside.
