Received an email to schedule a call for an ops position with Brooke Kithcart. I responded inquiring about the salary range to be mindful of both our times (I live in CO where it’s required for employers to request this). A week went by with no response. I followed up a week later and in a couple of hours received a canned rejection email from Instacart. I reached out to Brooke again asking what happened, with no response again. Such a disappointing experience and frankly illegal and discriminatory.
