I applied online. I interviewed at Instacart (Washington, DC)
Interview
Filled out a form online, received an email, specifying a time and a place downtown. Showed up, but the "interviewer" was absurdly late (40 minutes), leaving about a dozen of us waiting for her. Thankfully the interview was less than an interview and more of an overview. We received our shopper charge cards and some general good luck words.

Question 1
No real questions. More of an "introduce yourself" and "why are you doing instacart?" No one, to my knowledge, was singled out for exclusion from being a driver.
