I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Instacart (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2015
Interview
There is a brief phone interview followed by a group interview/orientation. The orientation is a mix of slides about the companies values/policies/etc, a (painfully slow) step by step lesson in how to use the app and do the work. After the group lesson you go out individually to shop for a demo batch, once you have everything you will have a short one on one with the interviewer and I guess this is where you learn if you got the job or not since one person in our group didn't move to the next step, which is pretty much just signing paper work and getting a lanyard. Overall easy interview, nothing worse then an exceptionally boring class.

Question 1
Why do you think this job is right for you? (During phone interview)
Easy interview process including test shopping at a location. It was some time ago when I applied but I remember it being easy. It may have changed in the last couple years.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Instacart
Interview
There isn’t one they just do a background check and dmv report. I’m not sure what else to put but there is no interview for this position it is self employed
Online application process done entirely through your phone. Not so much an interview as you are self contracted, more so a background check. As expected from a position such as this
