IC doesn't interview you. They make you do a background check which only took me 10 minutes to pass. Then they ask for basic info like your license, social, address etc.

It was very streamlined and straight forward. Some parts were actually enjoyable. It was not overly difficult. They had us do some practice shopping and item replacements within a time frame. Very friendly staff.
