I participated in a rapid hire event. There was a zoom holding room where I waited for about 90 minutes (camera off). Then I was invited to a breakout room for 1:1 interview (camera on). The interview was very short, only about 5 min. They reviewed the job description and explanation also found on their website.

Recruiter is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable when doing interview. Interview is about 20- 30 minutes long. First interview was with recruiter, second interview was with supervisor with Instant teams.

First, you will take skills test related to the position. Then you will submit recordings of e-interview in the screening process. After submitting the recordings and skills test results, you will receive an email to schedule for a live interview.
