The first Zoom interview is with one person. The second round is with a team you will be working with and their manager. The first interview lasted 35 minutes and the interviewer mostly talked about herself and the company the entire time. The interviewer seemed to raise some concerns for me when I asked about the company. They are still very much a startup and the interview process reflects that. There are no salary ranges listed for corporate positions which makes me believe they are too low. I got the feeling Instant Teams is looking for inexperienced employees that are fine with low wages. I do have concerns over the company exploiting military spouses for their gain. Temporary positions with low wages are not helping military spouses.
