First phone interview was very straightforward. A review of my work history ensued, followed by a verification of my libertarian bona fides. The first phone interviewer was pleasant. The second phone interview seemed to take a noticeably harsher tone, wherein the interviewer questioned my commitment to pursuing a career in the non-profit sector.
