3 Interviews: first was a phone interview by HR, checking general information provided from your resume; second was also a phone interview, 30-45 minutes, more technical, asking about a project requiring technical skills; last interview was in-person. Mine was scheduled 8:30-12. The first 30 minutes was spent with an HR business partner (the same person you spoke with on the first phone interview), where they quickly go over the general benefits and answer any initial questions you have .The next hour I spent with one of the research groups, asking me general questions about the teams I've worked with, and how I work with them, personality stuff, fairly informal. This meeting is to get to know them, and for them to get to know you. Next 30 minutes I met individually with the head of the division, who's decision weighs most heavily. Again it's more conversational, them getting to know me and vice versa, my background, etc. Finally the last hour is the technical interview. Having to submit code in programming languages listed on my resume, and a writing sample of a technical nature prior to the interview, this panel reviews ALL of it then asks very, very pointed questions about it. They then ask more general questions about the techniques used and why, mid-difficulty data science questions, and what other methods you're familiar with within the field. End off with less technical questions, ranging from how you work in a technical team, your past experience, etc.
