Managers have declined to interview or have not hired candidates who have: thick accents, difficult names to pronounce or don’t speak the language they prefer. Some managers will not offer the stipends that IOA offers employees to their new hires (like language premium, work from home stipend, mileage, relocation, sign-on bonus etc.). Most jobs on their site are open just so they can show proof that they had candidates apply – but some of these jobs already have an internal referral of who they will hire. Managers have no training on interviews, so your interview is guaranteed to be different depending on who you speak to.
