I applied online and their internal recruiter contacted me. I took an excel assessment test, then met with the hiring Manager and in another meeting with the staff of Finance team. Overall totally disappointed that the recruiter said, I was on top of the candidates and asked me to think about the role and final steps before meeting with the CFO, When I asked to be scheduled for the CFO meeting, he said the Hiring Manager ended the process (whatever that meant). He also sent me an insincere email where he wrote to reach out to him with questions. When I reached out to the recruiter and the Hiring Manager they completely ghosted on me, with no explanation. I thought that was super unprofessional. I also thought the Hiring manager was NOT flexible at anything. One would think folks working for non profit would also be professional. This was a complete disappointment. I am now clear as why they got less than 3 stars in their reviews. When I asked the Recruiter as why less than 3 stars rating and why so low CEO approval rating among the employees, he could not give me a satisfactory answer.
