Interview
Spoke with a recruiter for 60 minutes, and it was a total waste of time. Clowning around, asking questions off a checklist and evaluating candidates on subjects they had no ability to evaluate... I would not interview here again. Also, beware of lowballing compensation and expecting way too much - there is a "we don't compare ourselves to X, we compare ourselves to Y" when it comes to promotion and compensation philosophy. They talk about a high bar, but want to start a candidate well below market. At one point, they also mentioned "we're looking for more experienced candidates than what we have listed on the posting" and in the same conversation, "if we were to move further, we will likely have to downlevel you" (to even below what was posted). The recruiter did not seem to have a clear understanding of the role or the company when I asked questions, and they attempted major gatekeeping. Not letting a candidate have a conversation with someone more qualified is a major shoot-yourself-in-the-foot move for a company.

Question 1
Generic "describe your experience" and "what are your qualities", "what are you looking for in your next role" questions. Too much emphasis on why I changed roles than what my responsibilities and outcomes were in any role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intapp in Sep 2022
Interview
Regardless of the outcome, I had a very positive experience interviewing with Intapp. First round was a discussion with the recruiter for the position. She had a very good understanding of the company, its history, and the market. She also understood the PM role very well. She was very professional throughout the process and provided updates and feedback on what was going on and next steps on a continual basis. The second round was with the hiring manager and the third round was with another PM on the team. Everyone was welcoming, approachable, and engaged in very reasonable and focused conversations. In the end, I was not selected but the treatment that I got even after the rejection was good. The recruiter spent some time to go over feedback and the rationale for the company's decision in a very supportive and respectful way.

Question 1
This was an API focused role so quite a few questions on design considerations for APIs and prior experience with launching and managing APIs.
Applied with a referral from a friend in June 2022.
Spoke to the recruiter, hiring manager, VP of Product and Engineering, and then the Product Specialist in that order.
The process was very quick overall. All interviews were virtual
