I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at InteLogix (Tucson, AZ) in Jan 2016
Interview
Quick for the most part, an hour long computer test with basic credit computations and personality identifiers. You sit down and wait for an apathetic recruiter to meet you in a tiny room. After this, he/she asks you a few questions, if you get a chatty Cathy, you're guaranteed the job based on her interest in you listening to her drivel, if you get a boring Bob, you can just screw off as he'll tell his superiors, 'eh' even though he obviously doesn't give a damn.
Protip:
I would say make sure to stress your extroversion otherwise you won't get the job from the personality portion of the test, they seem to be looking for excitable sheep only.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at InteLogix (Bacolod, Bacolod) in Jul 2025
Interview
Good and it is more on engagement and the interviewer was very accommodating and it is a very good experience indeed and I will recommend intelogix to people I kno
First was a group interview and then another interview the following week with the ops team. It was for a remote position so everything was virtual. Overall easy interview process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your most recent job experience? And why did you leave that position?
The interview wasn't too tedious. It starts with them telling you about the job and your typical day if you got the position. A typing test is required but there's nothing to stress about.

Question 1
How do you do with sitting for long amounts of time.
