Phone interview with standard experience questions, phone interview addresses starting wage that is average, benefits, explaining that a drug/credit/background check will all be ran... do you accept?... etc. In person interview with manager, standard goal and experience questions. Mock call, informal mock phone call stimulated situation with various customer back stories. Offer meeting after. A total of 2 or 3 interviews + offer meeting before training.

Very fast and easy. I think this is one of the fastest process that I had in the BPO industry. It only took 2-3 days before getting a job offer.

Most of the questions asked are situational.
initial and final interview the job offer. kinda fast but not one day process you have to wait for the schedule. initial interview is via phone call then if you passed you will received an email for final interview schedule

Interview
They first make you do a math and reading test. Then it's verbal interview, and after that a typing test.
Waiting time is long. They don't even need the math and reading test because they hire everyone anyways.
