Interview
Pretty much went into one of the GC services locations and took an hour test, Then i waited for maybe about 20 minutes until one of the hiring managers came and had me come to the back to have an interview with the Verizon hiring manager. It was a quick and easy interview they gave me the position right there just needed to take a quick drug test which i totally passed. Other then that quick,easy, and cuts straight to the piece of cake.

Very fast and easy. I think this is one of the fastest process that I had in the BPO industry. It only took 2-3 days before getting a job offer.

Most of the questions asked are situational.
initial and final interview the job offer. kinda fast but not one day process you have to wait for the schedule. initial interview is via phone call then if you passed you will received an email for final interview schedule

Interview
They first make you do a math and reading test. Then it's verbal interview, and after that a typing test.
Waiting time is long. They don't even need the math and reading test because they hire everyone anyways.
