My interview consisted of taking an assessment test and speaking with two individuals. The assessment test was extremely difficult and after completing it your left feeling very discombobulated. After completing the test I was first interviewed by the HR recruiter and I felt it went well. It’s funny how they keep mentioning the test but then say that you can’t pass or fail it’s simply to measure how well you did with others who have the position you’re applying for. I then interviewed with a male individual who’s energy was very tense. Upon meeting me he said “I don’t shake hands, sorry”. He then tried to clean it up by saying “there are so many diseases at Disneyland blah blah” this of course this made me not want to interview for this position. I continued with the process. Let’s just say this guy was a real charmer.
