Interview
The hiring process was very easy for me. I went into the office, took a few math and typing test on the computer and then I was asked a few, very basic questions and was told I would hear back from them within a week. I believe I received a call the next morning stating that I got the job and I would be starting next week.

Very fast and easy. I think this is one of the fastest process that I had in the BPO industry. It only took 2-3 days before getting a job offer.

Most of the questions asked are situational.
initial and final interview the job offer. kinda fast but not one day process you have to wait for the schedule. initial interview is via phone call then if you passed you will received an email for final interview schedule

Interview
They first make you do a math and reading test. Then it's verbal interview, and after that a typing test.
Waiting time is long. They don't even need the math and reading test because they hire everyone anyways.
