Interview
Easy. Mostly asked about my work availability, asked about past experiences where I had to deal with conflict resolution and how I handled it. Did require you to have a transcript from your high school showing that you graduated after you start working which I thought was weird. Talked about training and made sure I knew you couldn't miss any days.

Do you work well in an office setting environment?
About 15mins they mostly went off of experience while interviewing you and asking question about your experiences with collections. Kind of a difficult crowd to assess so I just attempted to read the room
