I was contacted via email. The interview process, if that is what you would call it was simple and very low impact. There were the standard questions asked about security clearance and salary requirements. The responses from the recruiter/interviewer were answered quickly. They countered my response for salary with a "this is what the job pays" I asked if we were still negotiating and was told we were not, they were looking to fill a seat and that is all.
