Hello We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Integra hires only from local cities (Coimbatore and Ahmedabad). We only higher level managerial type positions from outside these two cities. We are very careful when we select the candidates from outside the cities and have multiple rounds of phone interviews before we ask the candidate to travel and visit our offices in Coimbatore or Ahmedabad. We never ask the candidates who are from other cities to visit our office without multiple rounds of interviews over phone. We have mentioned these phone interview conditions and specifications to all the recruiting agencies that we work with as well. Looks like in your situation the recruiting agency might have missed it. We apologize to you about this. We will keep informing the recruiting agencies to not make this mistake again.
