Interview
1. a 15 minute short coding test - to ascertain which languages you have some knowledge of across C, C++, and Java
2. a 15 minute discussion with R&D management to discuss the role and your interests
3. a 30+ minute discussion with 2 software engineers to determine cultural fit, teamwork, and discuss some software engineering problems via a whiteboard session.
