1. Submit a mini assignment in an object orientated language of your choice
2. Phone interview
3. On-site interview
On-site interview included:
- 1 hour interview with a focus on teamwork, communication and project management skills
- Lunch with two recent graduates
- Whiteboard session with some technical questions, ~ 45 minutes
- Short discussion with management and walk through of the office
