I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Bengaluru) in Jan 2016
Interview
Interview process is quite long and mostly will have 3 rounds for sure. First round will be purely technical and second round will be techno-functional and mostly will be related to your past projects. Third round will be Behavioral round which access your IQ, situation based thinking. Complete process is very timely and professional. HR person is very good who explains interview process in detail. Job description and profile is explained in details.

Interview
- Applied
- One month later interview scheduled
- Interview consisted of 5 behavioural questions which were obviously which were read by 5 different interviewers - the type that are like lose/lose situations dealing with customers or teamwork
I could clearly tell they were pre-written and the interviewers were reading them out
Strangest interview format I have ever experienced and none of the questions asked had any relation to the jobs skills or technologies
I can only assume its a "we've always done it this way" kind of approach
- Another month later and generic rejection email received
