Was contacted by email to schedule a phone screening. Phone screening & invitation onsite took place within 24 hours of first email contact. On-site interview was a full day (8am-5pm) consisting of 30 min 1-on-1 interviews, a 1 hour seminar (40 min for talk + any extra time for questions) and about a 90 min lunch offsite, including transportation. All of the travel costs were paid for (flight, hotel, rental car, gas) & was given generous perdiem with pre-paid debit card. Offer received exactly 2 weeks + 1 day after on-site.

It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
