Interview
Heard about possible internships through their career fair booth at my university. Passed my resume to them and heard back a few months later for a phone interview. They let me know the following week I would have a second phone interview. First was behavioral, second was technical. Then two weeks later I got an offer from them for a summer internship.
It was fine. The shortlisting was done based on resume, but surprisingly did not ask me about my profile. Questions were from OS/C/Python programming concepts. Although knowledge of OOPS and Comouter Architecture would be desirable too.
