Interview
Overall I had 4 rounds of interview at Intel. my CV was sourced through Naukri and then I had 3 rounds of f2f interviews followed by a 4th round of telephonic. Interviewed on different aspects like skills, job relevance, thinking process, strength, weaknesses etc. Almost all the managers of the team (as I later found out) interviewed me before extending the job offer.

Conversation over the phone was straightforward and typical. Standard questions. Come in with good knowledge of company and why you want to work there. Being able to relate my experiences to what they were looking for helped.

The process was set up by the talent acqusition team on the phone . They were quite friendly . There were multiple stakeholders on the call - they asked about HR processes , policies etc stakeholders were from different BUs but they had prepared on the flow of questions

2 to 3 managers and peers of the area in a room, as needed any additional member of the panel by phone. English is a must. Apply on line in a company tool. Recruiter made a prescreening and recommend.
