The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Chandler, AZ) in Jun 2010
Interview
Posted resume on Intel website through employee referral and got an e-mail requesting phone interview. The phone interview was not too technical. A week later they had me fly down to Intel site for Face to Face interview. It consisted of an hour long face to face interview with 6 people each. They ranged from junior engineers to senior engineers to engineering managers. Overall the interview was mostly technical, related to programming, OS, etc. and also about my master's thesis.
If you are ever interviewed at Intel, AZ, make sure you thoroughly prepare for technical interview as that's what counts in the end. Prepare for questions related to personality and analytical quiz.
Overall, environment was reasonably disciplined and stress-free.
