Got a call from hiring manager regarding my interest in position and detailing about my resume. Called for an onsite interview which consisted of a 1hr presentation, followed by 3 one to one interviews.

There was a one hour presentation about my thesis project, most of the questions were related to troubleshooting the problem. Followed by 3 one to one interviews mostly centered around the projects I carried out during my career and how I solved the problem statement. Interview

Long interview process but very casual. It started from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm. Thesis presentation (45 mins) and 1:1 interview with different members of the team. The interview process was very exciting and the interviewers were very friendly. They are looking for someone who knows how to trouble shoot different instruments and equipment.

1. How did you manage inventory list in the lab? 2. How did you handle conflicts in a team? 3. Problem-solving questions 4. Technical questions- any instrumentation you have mentioned in your resume 5. Time management skills 6. Leadership They asked very generic questions.

I had a phone interview. Then I was confirmed for an on-site interview after 2 weeks. On-site interview was all day long. Introduction, thesis presentation, 1 to 1 interviews with managers, lunch tour. Questions were focused on my research, experience with equipments, troubleshooting, team-work.
