Intellect Design Arena Business Analyst interview questions

Actually there is NO PROCESS !! HR coordinators calls for interview which is actually a walk-in and you end up waiting for hours. I have waited for 3.5 hours. My experience with other companies is that they do not call senior profiles in walk-ins, they give specific date, time and arrange to meet specific persons. No screening of resume. Interviewer sees your resume just 5 min before interview and interviewer is already exhausted meeting over 30 people. Comments - I have already selected the person I want and you are not that person (than why the waiting and the interview) - We do not have position for your domain / expertise (than I should not have been called) - We do not need skills in business analysis techniques, we just check domain knowledge (than this position should be called Domain Consultant and not Business Analyst)
