Intellect Design Arena Consultant interview questions

Interview process followed 2 rounds. First technical and second was technical plus management. The technical interviewer was really good in interview and asked relevant and brain storming questions. Though its not that tough to crack the interview but in order to crack it one needs to at leas brush up the concept ones. Second round too was good with mixture of question from technical perspective as well as from management point of view. Overall a good process of selection.

Day 1 Round - 1 : Aptitude test (Easy) Results for the test came in the evening. Day 2 Round-2: Group Discussion (On current events followed by a 2mins talk about yourself) Round-3 : Technical Interview - Only Basic Java Concepts and puzzles. (I was not asked puzzles though) Round -4: HR interview
