The hiring process was straight forward. I got to explain my day to day activities and my skillset had been tested. They debriefed on their expectations. I got selected in the technical round and I was given a word that I could complete other official formalities in a day or two. I didn't receive any notification post that. Expectation hindered my job hunt. I stopped applying for jobs. The response was neutral. Spoke to the HR several times. Even HR was not in a position to confirm the status of my application for the recruitment process. So, it obviously hindered my job hunt. Later I got frustrated and joined some other IT firm.
