Interview
It took 4 rounds of interview. First round with Pure JAVA interview questions covering (JSP-Servlets, Hibernate, J2EE), was pretty easy. Second round was - coding interview. Given a description of a system and was asked to write code. Third round was by VP, asking little technical and more based on previous work experiences. Fourth round was HR - completely behavioral questions round.
