Interview
The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.
3 levels with some basic questions in accounting to Top level reporting level of accounting and compliance related.
First level of interview was little tricky with technicals. Second level of interview was annoying and tested my patience. 3rd one was HR the easy part.
