Question 1
What skills would you bring as an asset to the company?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IntelliGenesis LLC (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was contacted in February 2022 by an Intelligenesis recruiter in response to an applications I submitted for a Discover Analyst position. I had my technical interview a little over a month after initial contact in March 2022. My technical interview went well, and I was given a contingent offer, and my resume/profile was placed in the pipeline for the Franklin Towers contract. I was contacted for a mission fit interview for a specific shop which was set for March 31st 2022. I was updated about 1 week later that the shop had gone with another candidate. Almost exactly a month goes by from that point when the recruiter contacts me the first week of May 2022 and says I have another mission fit interview with a different shop set for May 5th 2022. I requested that the interview be moved to another date because it conflicted with my previous schedule and I did the second mission fit interview on May 19th 2022. On June 13th, 2022 I was informed that I was selected for the position by the shop I interviewed with. Since the selection, I've had to submit my potential start date, address for when I move, etc. and I received the official offer letter on July 28th, 2022. Overall, the whole process took some time as all government jobs do, but it was a total of 5 months from initial contact to signing an offer letter.
