Everything seemed to be a complete mess. The recruiter had no idea what she was doing, constantly texted or called for last minute changes, along with doing her job for her...
Very hard to believe this company has been around since 2015. They don't seem to have their act together.
2nd interview was with the CEO and he had another phone call going on at the same time. Completely disrespectful and had unrealistic standards as he kept asking questions and very stubborn on answers he didn't like.
His assistant was also on the call and immediately recorded the meeting without consent from me.

Having just gone through a multi month job search with generally non responsive companies, Intellibus was a breath of fresh air. They claim they act on applications quickly, and they do! Within a handful of days of applying, I had a response and screening interview. During the screening interview, the next interview steps were scheduled and arranged for the same day! One day later, a follow on interview was scheduled.
During this process, I stated that, no matter how this turned out, the hiring team should be proud of how they conducted themselves. The culture of valuing the talent, and showing so, raised them in my eyes as a potential employee.
