This company appears to be a fake company intended to get personal information from job seekers and possibly to use as a way of sponsoring H1B visas. Multiple people on Glassdoor report that they were asked for a copy of their Driver License during a job interview. The company claims to be around since 2016, but there's no evidence of them or their CEO existing before 2023 that I can find. After my first interview with a recruiter (which he insisted to record with video), I tried to call the main customer-facing phone number listed on their website, but it just gets a busy signal. Then I tried calling the main customer-facing number listed on their company's LinkedIn site which is a different number / area-code. This call took a while to connect (probably routing to India), and when it did, someone just answered "hello?". I asked "Who is this?" They gave me a name and said "you called me." Then I hung up. About 5 minutes later, my "recruiter" called me and asked why I had called his colleague. I told him I had called their main number listed on LinkedIn and said I was surprised to reach his colleague directly. And even more surprised that in a company of supposedly 100s of people that the person I reached would be in such quick contact with my recruiter and recognize my phone number enough to check with my recruiter. I didn't hear back any more that day. I then emailed asking when the Round 2 interview would be. I was told it was an exam, and that's the round I expected to have them ask for my ID info. They did not ask for my ID in the call, but they did link me to a pre-assessment at the beginning. When I loaded it, it said "Empire Operating Systems has requested that you complete this assessment." It didn't mention Intellibus. Googling "Empire Operating Systems" revealed a website that appears to be for another AI consultancy company (Intellibus claims to be an AI consultancy company too). I believe they suspect that I was on to their scam, because they have since cut ties with me. But this is clearly not a real company, and the job I was interviewing for definitely does not exist. All of their positive Glassdoor reviews have broken english. Many of the employees associated with them on LinkedIn have names like "LinkedIn Member" with no picture. I can't find any information about their board members listed on their website.
