During the interview process HR checks for personality only. They don't have much concern about technical skills and other stuff.

Interview
Interview had 3 rounds. Telephonic round, face to face interview and hr round. Mock calls might be there. Telephonic round was easy, mock calls were tricky and HR round was easy. Overall easy to crack
