Stay away from them! Director-level people are unprofessional. they don't understand their job requirement and also the difference between a functional resource and a Management resource. just wish a person who can take ownership of their own commitment to management. when you asked professionally for feedback on interview to hr and concern person they even not think to revert you. don't waste your time by interviews them they actually don't know what is they are looking for? Stay away from them!
