I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter few weeks later to set up an interview. Typical HR screening interview and was followed by a phone interview with hiring manager. This interview was average and he spent most of the time talking about the company. He said that they will schedule a video interview next, but never heard back from him. Almost a month later I got an email from the recruiter saying that they were selecting other candidates with more experience. I don't get why they need to lie about scheduling interviews, found it to be unprofessional.
The process started with an initial screening over the phone with a recruiter, followed by an panel interview with a few folks from the engineering team. The questions were all pretty standard and everyone I met was very professional
