I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Inter-American Development Bank (Washington, DC) in Feb 2023
Interview
First I was interviewed by a panel of 5 people. Then by the Division Chief. Then they scheduled a third interview but it was to give me the offer.
The interviews were between 20-30 mins long, people were super nice and questions were interesting.
