I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Inter-American Development Bank (Lima, Lima Region)
Interview
The country specialist leading the interview asked only two, specific questions. There were no follow-up questions and they left for another meeting. The HR representative then asked a couple general questions. Most of the interview was in Spanish, except for one of the HR questions, which was in English.
