This company’s recruitment process is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER. They had me interview for a department I didn’t even referred to, without a shred of explanation. Their internal communication is so poor that they didn’t even realize I had interviews with two separate departments. They ignore emails, drag the hiring process out for a ridiculous five months, and show complete disregard for candidate’s time and effort. If there’s an art to wasting human potential, they’ve perfected it

Interview
In the interview they tested my ability to give clear and concise answers in both Spanish and English. The interview revolved around my experience and technical questions about evaluation. I was also asked about theoretical situations and how would I respond towards that kind of situation.
