InterWell Health interview questions

The recruiter showed up 5 minutes late for a 30 minute phone screen and then took a personal call during the interview. The rest of the time we were pressed for time and she kept cutting me off as a result. Dont take 1/3rd of my speaking time and then tell me my skills dont fit...how would you know? You never gave me a fair shake.

This company is incredibly dysfunctional and the interview process raised many red flags. I was moved on to the next step after an initial phone screening. The day of the interview it was rescheduled without any explanation or communication. I waited fifteen minutes into my rescheduled interview before I got an email that it had been canceled. All subsequent communication was ignored and I was ghosted by all 3 internal recruiters I was working with. As an experienced manager who has been doing this for a while, I can tell you InterWell is not a company you want to work for.
