The process was pretty normal. The recruiter reached out to me directly from LinkedIn and then set up a phone interview. The Interview with the phone recruiter was pretty easy. After that, they set up a virtual interview but the day before asked me to come in to interview. I had no problem with this and went in. The in person interview seemed to be disorganized and no one seemed to know who was in charge. The director joined the interview (which didn't bother me) but they all seemed kind of lost at times. The interview was seemingly fine but their follow up was poor. I was told I was going to hear back from the recruiter I spoke with but never did. I then saw the same job posted on their social media advertising that they were still looking even though I hadn't heard from them after reaching out via follow up email. After waiting the time they expected and sending a follow up email, the recruiter responded saying that I wasn't getting the job and advised they had selected another candidate while advertising looking for candidates on their socials. Truly, I was looking forward working here but with the lack of professionalism and lack of leadership, seems like I dodged an issue. It's unfortunate because outwardly, it seems to be a good place but the follow through was less than impressive.
